Frisbee is a fun game to play. Throwing it around and catching it when it is thrown at you can provide hours of entertainment for friends or family. A frisbee is even more enjoyable for our four-legged furry friends.
Dogs are known to love playing catch. Whether it is a ball, a simple stick, or a frisbee, our beloved pups want nothing more than to have you toss it at them for them to catch and retrieve. And so, the proud dog owner in this featured video thought of getting her pooch a frisbee of her own. Little did she know, her dog Layla has figured out an unorthodox way of having fun with the frisbee.
Layla and her proud owner live in Colorado, USA. During wintertime, snow falls from the heavens and covers everything in sight with a blanket of, well, snow. And with snow, comes all the outdoor activities people and their pets can do together.
One snowy day in Colorado, Layla’s mom decides to take her out to play frisbee. Like all other dogs, Layla gets excited at the thought of being able to play outside. So when Layla’s mom finally took her outside and gave her the frisbee to play with, she was surprised to see what Layla was doing with her toy.
Instead of bringing it back to her mom for her to toss, Layla runs to the top of a snowy slope and puts the frisbee on the ground. She then hops on it with her front paws as she pushes it down the slope. She slides down the snow as if she is riding a sled — except she’s riding a frisbee!
Upon reaching the end of the slope, Layla grabs the frisbee and runs back to the top where she does the same thing over again. Surprised at what her beloved Layla is doing with her frisbee, her mom captures the priceless moment on video as she encourages the adorable pup to slide down the slope one more time.
